It’s been a long time since I last played Metal Slug, but I believe this Flash game is a Metal Slug clone (the characters, the environment, etc). Almost all of the text on the screen is in Japanese, so I don’t know what the original game title is. But like Metal Slug, this is a fun and addictive action side-scrolling game. And I believe most Metal Slug-gers outthere would agree with me
